Business marketing was once about “fitting in” with everyone else. Today, it’s about standing out. Marketing it’s the process of creating customers, which are the lifeblood of your business. As such, all businesses need a marketing strategy. Your marketing strategy should be part of an ongoing business-evaluation process and unique to your company. After you have completed a marketing strategy, you will then need to define your sales strategy—how to sell your product. Lastly, you will need to define your service goals so that you can maintain and grow your customer base.
