As the co-founder of BREAUX and Company, a private equity firm specializing in social enterprise companies, Ras and his team have demonstrated a knack for acquiring & retaining customers in spite of lean operations budgets.

Randolph Brown Consulting, a boutique global, management consulting consortium, is a dynamic business leader with a passion for effecting organizational change. He was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Global Novations, a full-service human capital and talent optimization firm which counted Goldman Sachs as an investor. The firm was subsequently acquired by Korn/Ferry International in September 2012.

Jerome Russell is President of H. J. Russell & Company and Russell New Urban Development, LLC where his focus is on the firm’s strategic direction and new business development. Over his career, he has experience with beverage distribution, consumer marketing, banking, construction and real estate for over 25 years which has led him to his current role as the lead Owner over the $250M real estate portfolio and Chairman of the newly formed Herman J. Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Additionally, he is Senior Vice President at The Greater Cleveland Partnership where he is Executive Director for the Commission on Economic Inclusion. In 2016, Brian formed 2NorthStar Capital, LLC to acquire via making controlling investments, businesses in logistics, packaging, manufacturing, staffing or other services that sell into supplier diversity-friendly sectors.
