– The Presidents’ Council presents Excellence in Entrepreneurship 2018 at Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business.

– Learning sessions will be hosted by leaders of some of Northeast Ohio’s most recognized business entities beginning on March 9.

CLEVELAND, Feb. 26, 2018 – CEOs, Presidents and business leaders across all sectors have agreed to leading a 14-week business seminar geared toward growing and sustaining the businesses of local entrepreneurs. Excellence in Entrepreneurship provides the opportunity for small businesses to learn the steps necessary to scale and create long-term wealth. Upon successful completion of the 14-week program, business owners who attend the learning sessions will become eligible for up to 240 hours of on-site consultation at their business from a selection of preferred providers, experts who are established as leaders in their respective industry.

Excellence in Entrepreneurship consists of two modules. The first module, Leadership & Strategy (Business Basics) consists of class sessions covering a variety of topics including media, networking, operations, financial statements, leadership and human capital. The second module, Organizational Capacity (Building Your Business & Plan) covers topics that include strategic alliances, protecting innovations, risk management & access to capital. Both modules are led by leaders from nationally recognized, locally based companies including Key Bank, Dollar Bank, National Development Council, Seeley Savidge Ebert & Gourash, and others.
