How did you get into this field? Frechic started in the field of social work and quickly found out she had a niche for social media. She partnered with Kamron Khan, a brand photographer out of the City of Cleveland. We created a firm designed to help businesses reach their ideal audience.
What is your favorite part about your job? Being able to help companies create diverse photography and reach a diverse audience using storytelling on social media.
What is the most challenging part about your job? We work with a lot of non-profits. A lot of organizations don’t have a marketing budget when just starting out. It becomes difficult to manage a brand that doesn’t have a solid foundation.
Why did you decide to become a PCBC member? We have a passion for supporting minority-owned businesses. Belonging to this organization allows us to both identify and support these businesses in the largest way possible. By becoming a client and developing more business for them.
What challenges do you face as an African American business professional? Access to resources that allow us to succeed at the same level as our competitors.
What are your goals for your business and how do you see PC being part of that process? We have created a financial projection that allows us to scale our company at triple the current state by next year. This will create at least 3 new positions at our firm which will funnel money directly back into our community.
