Charles has been a serial entrepreneur in the service business since 2008 when he started his own commercial cleaning service. In 2017, he opened his photography business and in 2019, his collective experience lead him to found EnDepth Data. 

Charles has experienced the ups, downs, and uncertainties that come with owning and operating your own business. He’s made mistakes. He’s gotten back up. And he’s discovered the fundamentals necessary to drive a business that is increasingly profitable. 

With a heart to educate and inspire other small business owners like himself, Charles is making his own personal learnings available through the creation of EnDepth Data. Tell Me About Your Business: We are a software platform for small to medium services businesses to better understand their operational and financial performances and profitability through the breakdown of the data from each business.

How did you get into this field?  I needed a way to understand how my business and accounts were performing financially, monthly, so I developed a program that has become my new business

Why did you decide to become a PCBC member?  PCBC Mission is “Acting as a catalyst for inclusion”. This is exactly what my goal with EnDepth Data for small business owners, by expanding their business knowledge and education, operationally and financially.


What is the most challenging part about your job?
 I have the desire to help every business that needs help right now but we must perfect the platform for servicing businesses. This will allow us to expand our reach to other industries and businesses systematically over time.

What challenges do you face as an African American business professional? The challenges I face as an African American business professional is my skin color is often judged before my ability to perform the service can be measured. “But what we already know to be true is no excuse for us not being successful anyway!”

What are your goals for your business and how do you see PC being part of that process? My business goals are to first to continue expanding our userbase on the EnDepth Data platform. This will be achieved by listening to users feedback, adjusting and constantly enhancing. Partnering with PC to provide a need service to their members.

What PC Buys Black business to business/consumer special are you offering members?  I would like to provide PC my business knowledge, console and a trial opportunity of the EnDepth Data platform free of charge. I hope to conduct sessions with other business owners about how they failed, learned & grew
