How did you get into this field?

Studied business and economics in college.

What is your favorite part about your job?

My favorite part of the job is developing organizational fitness strategies that drive revenue and improve gross margin and bottom-line profits for family-owned private companies.

What is the most challenging part about your job?

Convincing business owners that they should invest in professional management to improve the performance of their company versus focusing on the cost of doing business. Business owners can focus on the return on investment versus the business consultant expenses.

Why did you decide to become a PCBC member?

Build trusted advisor network and referrals.

What challenges do you face as an African American business professional?

Challenges are opportunities waiting to be discovered and exploited. The Marine Corps motto is, “Improvise, Adapt and Overcome”!!

What are your goals for your business and how do you see PC being part of that process?
