Tanya Manning-Grant is the owner of TMG Professional Services Consulting Firm, located in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as an Executive Level Managing Consultant in Corporate America, specializing in Supply Chain / Procurement Operations. She is an expert in Supply Chain high-performance business processes and practices. As an Executive Management Consultant, she has worked for some the top management consulting firms in the world, such as Accenture and Logic Source where she was a Group Lead/Manager and Vice President/ Managing Director managing multi-million engagements with companies such as Smucker, The Goodyear & Tire Rubber Company, Hertz, Clorox, Signet Jewelers, Big Lots, and JoAnn Fabrics.

She is experienced in all aspects of supply change management and operations, purchasing, project management, budget planning, delivering best practices, providing industry benchmarking, and driving substantial cost savings for her clients. Tanya has assisted many companies in realizing substantial savings during her 34 years in corporate. Her focus on operational excellence and disciplined execution has enabled her to bring about significant operating gains.

Tanya has always been able to set up the appropriate metrics to control supply chain activities and quickly identify when cost and performance are not what they should be. She has evaluated and corrected process flaws and believes work should add value. Tanya has a BA in Fashion Merchandising and Master’s in Business Operations from Bowling Green State University.

Tanya has taken your corporate experience and translated it into operating two boutiques, DRESSCODE Boutique and Ashton’s Corner Kids Boutique, both which are online and brick/mortar locations in Beachwood Mall.

She has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha for 36yrs, as well as a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, and the following professional business organizations, Art of Procurement, Elite Women Around the World, Global Council for Diversity and Inclusion in Procurement, Procurement Professionals, and The President Council were she serves as a provider to other small minority-owned businesses.

Faith and Family are the top two priorities for Tanya. She has led a Prayer Ministry, Giving the Gift of Prayer, for 6 years. She comes from a family of 5 siblings, and several nieces and nephews. She credits her success to GOD and her parents, Hezekiah, and Annie Manning. She has one son, Singleton Grant, and one grandson, Ashton Grant who is the Co-CEO and Brand Influencer for Ashton’s Corner.
