Personnel Bio:

Meet Linda Peavy:
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, in 2008, Linda founded LiPav Consulting, L.L.C., a grant services and communications company. Communications clients have included Biden for President Campaign and Miss America Organization. Linda has secured funding totaling over $17 million for her clients, including charter schools, educational institutions, churches, denominations, veterans organizations, youth groups, non-profits, small businesses, and more. Services include grant writing, grants management, grant reviews, grant research, partnership building, program development, and grantee report writing.
 
To better serve more organizations, a new division of LiPav Consulting, L.L.C., the LiPav Writing School, was founded to develop in-depth online grant writing resources, including a course, Grant Writing for Non-Writers: Keys to Winning Proposals. Over 1,000 students are enrolled in the course to become skilled at seeking and securing grants. She provides monthly free grant-writing webinars for black- and women-owned businesses and has trained over 3,000 black companies.
 
Additionally, Linda is a mature style influencer and the founder of Cultured Curves: Sophisticated Style, Fashion, and Beauty for Curvy Women over 50 blog. Cultured Curves has been named “One of the best blogs on the planet for women over 50.” by Feedspot. Her written contributions can be found in several media forms, most recently, the Todayshow.com, where she is considered a mature curvy style expert.
 
Linda earned an M.B.A. and B.S./B.A. in Business Administration/Marketing degrees from The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. She is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Alumnus and a member of the ForbesBLK community. Linda was inducted into the National Black M.B.A. Association, Cleveland Chapter Leadership Hall of Fame.
