Erica C. Penick is the Executive Director of The Presidents’ Council which acts as a catalyst for inclusion by supporting, developing and advocating for current and future generations of African-American entrepreneurs and leaders through wealth creation and sustainability. This mission is carried out through the Presidents’ Foundation Education and technical assistance programs, The Presidents’ Council Business Chamber, Northeast Ohio’s Primary African-American business chamber, and the Presidents’ Council Action Committee.


Erica joined the organization in 2013, advanced to the role of Director of Operations in 2016 and was named Executive Director in 2018 where she has the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organizations finances, staff, programs, development efforts, expansion and execution of its mission.


Erica holds a BSBA in Human Resources Management and will receive her Executive MBA in May 2018 from the Cleveland State University Monte Ahuja College of Business.


Most significantly, Erica loves The Lord and leads her family as she is led by God.


Civic Engagement:


Member of The Cleveland Foundation Fenn Educational Fund Advisory Committee. This committee provides insight and advice regarding current workforce/industry trends, issues and opportunities. The perspective provided by the Advisory Committee helps to inform the Fenn grantmaking recommendations made by Cleveland Foundation staff, ensuring that the Fenn Fund continues to meet its intent of promoting and assisting meaningful internship programs in Greater Cleveland.


Member of the Ohio Diversity Council’s Cleveland Advisory Board and serves as the Activities and Events Chair of the National Diversity Council which works to cultivate a nationwide network of affiliated councils to advance diversity and inclusion by transforming our work places and communities into inclusive environments where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their fullest potential.


Member of the Eliza Bryant Village Board of Trustees with a mission to provide quality services, outreach programs and a dignified compassionate and secure environment for seniors.

Victoria L. Webster is the PC Scholars Program Coordinator for The Presidents’ Council. One of Victoria’s biggest passions is helping others. The PC Scholars Program does just that by ensuring students achieve success and reach post-secondary options by providing intense academic and career preparedness training.


Victoria joined the organization in March of 2016 where she has the pleasure of building meaningful relationships with the Cleveland Metro School District, High School Students and Community Partners.
